Once production is complete, your order ships immediately.
You will receive a tracking link within 3 days after dispatch, and updates will follow as the shipment moves.

Depending on the destination and configuration, certain models may be shipped using controlled vacuum compression. Once unpacked, the sofa naturally expands into shape. Please allow 5-7 days. On request, eligible sections can also be shipped uncompressed. Please contact us before.

RETURNS

Made-to-order items are not eligible for return. Orders may only be canceled before production begins. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

If your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
This allows us to resolve the issue quickly with a replacement, repair, or appropriate compensation.

Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Customs & Fees

In some cases, customs fees may be charged upon delivery depending on your country.

If this happens, simply send us the customs receipt and we will fully refund the customs charge.

This applies to a small number of countries only. Most orders are delivered without any extra fees.

What's the difference between oil wax, cowhide and faux leather?

Oil wax leather is real leather treated with oils and waxes for a soft, shiny, lived-in look.

Cowhide is classic genuine leather with a smoother, more uniform matte finish. 

Faux is a high-quality synthetic that looks like leather without using animal hides. Each suits a different lifestyle, budget and aesthetic.

Which leather is best for everyday use?

For a relaxed, lived-in look: oil wax. 

For durability and a classic finish: cowhide. 

For easy care and affordability: faux. 

If you have pets, kids, or want minimal upkeep, faux or cowhide are usually the safest choices.

Does real leather age well on the Bruma?

Yes. Oil wax develops a rich patina and soft creasing over time, while cowhide keeps a more polished look while slowly softening. That aging is exactly why many customers choose genuine leather for their Bruma chair.

How is it delivered, and how long does it take?

Each Bruma is made to order — roughly 10–21 business days to produce, then tracked shipping of about 21–40 days (4–6 weeks total). It ships vacuum-compressed in a cylinder and expands to its full shape within 5–7 days of unpacking.

Can I return it?

You can cancel any time before production begins. Because each chair is cut for your chosen leather and colour, custom orders aren't returnable — but if anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — a 2-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects. Keep your proof of purchase, and reach out to support@vibehausliving.com with any structural issue during that time.
