What is this orange mushroom lamp everyone is looking for?
If you have been seeing this lamp everywhere, you are not alone. The shape comes from the iconic Nesso lamp designed in the 1960s by Artemide. Its rounded mushroom form and bold orange color made it one of the most recognizable design lamps ever.
Is this the Nesso or the Nessino version?
This lamp is Nessino size, which is the smaller table lamp version of the original design by Artemide.
For reference:
Nessino (small version): approx. 22 cm height × 32 cm diameter.
Nesso (original large version): approx. 34 cm height × 54 cm diameter.
Our lamp measures 32 × 22 cm, which matches the classic Nessino proportions, making it ideal for desks, bedside tables, and smaller spaces while keeping the iconic mushroom shape.
Is this an Artemide Nesso replica or dupe?
This is a high-quality Nesso-style replica. It is designed for people who love the iconic look and atmosphere of the original Artemide design, but prefer a more accessible alternative.
If you would like a deeper comparison between the original Artemide Nessino and replica versions, read our blog post.
What kind of bulbs does it use?
The lamp uses four E14 bulbs, just like the original design. This setup gives the lamp its signature vibe. You can also use LED E14 bulbs if you prefer lower energy consumption.
What kind of light does it give?
The light is soft and warm. Because the light comes from multiple bulbs and is diffused by the mushroom shape, it creates a cozy ambient glow that works well in living rooms, bedrooms, or creative spaces.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. A 2-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Keep your proof of purchase, and reach out to support@vibehausliving.com with any structural issue during that time.
