This is a made-to-order item, produced specifically for you.

  • Production time: 10–21 business days

  • Shipping time: approx. 21-40 days

Once production is complete, your order ships immediately.
You will receive a tracking link within 3 days after dispatch, and updates will follow as the shipment moves.

Depending on the destination and configuration, certain models may be shipped using controlled vacuum compression. Once unpacked, the sofa naturally expands into shape. Please allow 5-7 days. On request, eligible sections can also be shipped uncompressed. Please contact us before.

RETURNS

Made-to-order items are not eligible for return. Orders may only be canceled before production begins. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

If your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
This allows us to resolve the issue quickly with a replacement, repair, or appropriate compensation.

Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Customs & Fees

In some cases, customs fees may be charged upon delivery depending on your country.

If this happens, simply send us the customs receipt and we will fully refund the customs charge.

This applies to a small number of countries only. Most orders are delivered without any extra fees.

All Vibehaus products come with a 2-year structural warranty. If anything arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, contact us and we’ll take care of it.

The Bruma sits low and armless, so it reads as a lounge piece without eating the room. It tucks into a reading corner, or two square off a 2×2 m conversation nook with space to spare.

Why is the Bruma better than other versions online?

Other versions online are cheaply made and filled with hollow foam that collapses within months. 

Each VibeHaus Bruma goes through double quality control, with no sagging, no wrinkles, and no bad surprises. We’ve personally visited and vetted every supplier we work with, making sure materials, craftsmanship, and consistency meet our standards from day one.

Is the Bruma sofa kid- and pet-friendly?

Yes. It’s designed for real living. The low, soft form is safe for children, and fabrics like dense corduroy make it a great option for homes with pets. Corduroy is durable and cozy while easy to vacuum

If you want something that feels premium but can handle daily life, this Bruma sofa is one of the most family-friendly designs you can choose.

Can you sleep on a Bruma Sofa?

Yes. The Bruma sofa is comfortable enough for occasional sleeping thanks to its deep seat and all-foam construction. That said, it’s not designed to replace a bed and is best suited for short-term use rather than everyday sleeping.

Can I return it?

You can cancel any time before production begins. Because each chair is cut for your chosen fabric and colour, custom orders aren't returnable — but if anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a repair or replacement.

Is there a warranty?
