Made-to-order items will take 7 days to process, 10 days for production and 14 days for delivery.
After order processing your order will be shipped out immediately and followed with tracking information that will update within 3 days after shipping.
You will receive tracking information to your email right after the order has been sent out from our warehouse.

RETURNS
Returns are processed within 30 days after receiving your item if all the requirements are met. In some cases returns are not possible, please refer to our Return Policy.
If your parcel arrived damaged or in bad quality you have 48h to let us know from the day you have received it. In case of delay of informing us about your parcel damage, refund or replacement may be refused.
