Returns
All items that are in-stock are eligible for a return. Items that are made-to-order, custom made are not eligible for a return as they are uniquely made for you.
All returns are customer responsibility.
If your order arrived damaged we will replace it for free.
If you encounter an issue with an item after delivery you can contact us at info@vibehausliving.com and we will resolve your problem.
Please contact us regarding your return. A lot of items will benefit from pre-paid returns.
Shipping
Late delivery can occur due to long custom clearance inspection that is out of our hands. If this occurs you will receive an email notification or a phone call about the matter.
All deliveries are handled by third party couriers.
Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days unless its an item made-to-order. Made-to-order items will take 7-14 days to process.
After order processing your order will be shipped out immediately and followed with tracking information that will update within 3 days after shipping.
You will receive tracking information to your email right after the order has been sent out from our warehouse. Unless stated differently.
A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your order's progress on our courier's website.
