Innovative Cold Foam Technology: Used in the mattresses for firm support and comfort.

Shredded Foam: Fills the cushions for added softness.

Plush Corduroy Fabric: The outer cover material, is known for its softness and durability.

Chrome-plated iron Bars: Used to secure the sofa structure, ensuring stability.

Surface Cleaning: Gently brush the fabric with a soft brush or dry cloth to maintain its fresh look. For spills, clean promptly to prevent stains.

Dusting: Use a soft duster regularly to keep your sofa dust-free.

Removable Covers: Our sofa covers are now fully removable and washable, allowing for effortless cleaning and colour changes. Customize your sofa with your favorite shades to match your style.

SHIPPING

This is a made-to-order item, produced specifically for you.

• Production time: 10–14 business days

• Shipping time: approx. 8 weeks

• Estimated total delivery time: 10–11 weeks

Once production is complete, your order ships immediately.
You will receive a tracking link within 3 days after dispatch, and updates will follow as the shipment moves.

RETURNS

For made-to-order items, return requests can be submitted within 30 days of delivery, provided all return conditions are met. Refer to our return policy for more.

If your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
This allows us to resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

All Vibehaus products come with a 2-year structural warranty. If anything arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, contact us and we’ll take care of it.
